For me, one of life's simple pleasures is enjoying a view. A seven hour train journey across Norway was a wonderful way to view this amazing country, its wonderful landscape filled with fjords, waterfalls and mountains. Travelling from Bergen to Oslo with the ever changing scenery was a great opportunity to indulge this simple pleasure. Although the day we travelled the rain fell, it did not spoil the view. Here is a selection of some of the images captured during our journey.
The simple things really are the best. Days out with family, picnics in the woods, BBQs on the beach. This week I enjoyed as great day out with my two and of course the dog at a beach not too far from home. We chucked in a disposal BBQ, a packet of sausages, some bread rolls, bats and balls, bubbles and headed to the coast for a day of relaxing and enjoying each others company. Of course it is also a great chance to capture some memories ;)
A family day out in Morris Minor Traveller, a little damp at times but a huge amount of fun. Here are some of the images captured during the day.
A glorious day early in May was the perfect opportunity for a family picnic. We visited Mayhill, a local beauty spot but despite having lived in the area for nearly 5 years we had yet to visit. The brisk walk up hill was certainly worth it, the views were stunning and also perfect for a spot of kite flying :)
