Your Brand | Personal Branding Photography in Gloucestershire | Adele - Style Coach
Back last summer, when restrictions were lifted, I really enjoyed being back behind the camera capturing personal branding photography in Gloucestershire.
Today, I am going to share with you a favourite of mine with the wonderful Adele, a style coach whose mission to help women feel more confident in choosing what to wear. Adele and I have gotten to know each other through networking and we are both members of a local business community - Local Business Rocks - check them out, it is a great, friendly support group.
Choosing a location for Adele’s session was easy - we have a mutual friend who during the first lockdown move her business to larger premises. Located in Lydney, Gloucestershire Teri’s light, airy showroom with elements of industrial styling is filled with gorgeous clothing and accessories. Perfect for this branding session. The location of Teri’s showroom also has access to some great outside space too which we also utilised during this personal branding session.
Adele bought with her a variety of outfits to ensure she got variety in her session, meaning there would be longevity in the final images - choosing clothing for your branding session can be the most stressful part of the photo shoot. You want to look and feel your absolute best.
Choose something that reflects your personality, you style and your brand. It should fit with what you do and how you work. Your audience should be able to relate to it yet it also should be a bit aspirational.
It goes without saying Adele’s outfits were perfect for her session, great colours, variety and spot on for her personal branding session.
Prior to the session, I created a quick mood board over on Pinterest to help me plan the type of images I wanted to achieve during the session. I want to create images that showcase Adele’s personality, her purpose, her prowess, her process, her services and her passion for styling women. Personal branding photography will you communicate these stories to your audience and help you stand out from the crowd.
As is normal during my sessions, we chatted, drank coffee, even enjoyed a piece of cake and relaxed making it a joy to capture relaxed, natural and authentic branding images for Adele.
Here are a few of my favourites from our session.
