Pre wedding session - Lisa and John
For all the couples who booked wedding photography with me I offer a pre session, the benefits of this a numerous - you can read about these here.
For Lisa and John we also used the session to scout for some locations to use on their wedding day and to try some ideas especially some involving Lisa and John's children. Our first point of call was to visit the reception venue, this is the ideal opportunity to look at the gardens, plan for group shots, plan for bad weather and a chance to meet the staff at the venue.
This allows me to work more efficiently on the wedding day as I have a plan where to photograph groups, the couple and a backup for the inclement weather we experience in the South West of the UK. Orles Barn in Ross on Wye have beautiful gardens with a variety of backdrops making it great for the group images on their day.
Lisa and John requested that their couple shots to be captured away from guests and on the banks of the river wye. We headed to Lydbrook, a village on the edge of the river. This location was perfect, with a pretty bridge, various benches, the wonderful river wye running pass and stunning flora allowed a variety of images to be captured in a small area.
As you can see the location is perfect for both couples and families, if you would like more information please contact me
